What is BIPA?
Indonesian for speakers of other languages
BIPA stands for Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing. Indonesia's government sets national learning standards for the programme, while the routes Doro coordinates are taught by local universities. You learn speaking, listening, reading and writing alongside the culture and practical life around the language.
The regular route Doro coordinates runs from beginner to advanced across three stages. Each stage is roughly four months, so the full sequence takes about a year.
