Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms set the basic conditions for using the Doro Korea website, BIPA campus comparison and route recommendation, and stay-option enquiry service.

2. Information and coordination offered by Doro

The work depends on each applicant's circumstances. Before payment, the written proposal or contract will identify exactly what Doro will handle.

• comparison of BIPA programmes and neighbourhoods at UI and UMN
• consultation on timing and the order of preparation
• consultation on possible stay options where you do not plan to join BIPA
• coordination relating to applications, a lawful stay route, housing search, arrival and local setup

3. Enquiries and paid contracts

Submitting the form or attending a consultation does not create a paid contract. A contract begins only after Doro provides the scope, schedule, service fee and main conditions in writing and the applicant accepts them.

Tuition, government charges, rent, deposits, flights, insurance, telecom charges and other payments to outside providers are not part of Doro's fee where stated separately.

4. Decisions made by universities and authorities

Each university controls its classes and academic administration. Doro cannot guarantee admission, programme availability, a visa or stay permit, bank account opening or any other decision made by a university or public authority.

Doro Korea is independent and is not an official representative of Universitas Indonesia or Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.

5. Applicant responsibilities

• Provide accurate information needed for consultation and procedures.
• Follow university rules, Indonesian law and all immigration and stay conditions.
• Do not apply using another person's information or interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Schedule changes and interruption

Schedules may change because of university calendars, participant numbers, authority reviews, natural events or system failures outside Doro's control. We will share confirmed changes promptly and discuss the available alternatives.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before payment, the individual contract will state the service fee, cancellation timetable, refund rules and expenses already incurred. If the contract conflicts with a mandatory rule of law, the mandatory rule applies.

Universities, airlines, landlords and public authorities may apply their own refund rules to amounts paid to them.

8. Responsibility

Doro will perform the agreed work with reasonable care. Doro is not responsible for independent decisions by universities or authorities, inaccurate information supplied by an applicant, or events outside Doro's control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for Doro's intent or negligence or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Site content

Rights in Doro's writing, design and original materials belong to Doro or the relevant rights holder. You may use them for personal comparison and consultation, but may not copy or sell them without permission.

10. Personal information

We handle personal information under the privacy policy published on this site. The consultation form separately explains the information collected, the purpose and the retention period before asking for consent.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post the effective date and reason before changing these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material change that disadvantages users. Existing paid contracts normally remain subject to the terms accepted when they were made.

12. Law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve a dispute through discussion. If that does not resolve it, the courts determined under Korean civil procedure law will have jurisdiction.
